Advance reservation privileges: A notice is sent two weeks prior to the opening of each of the five plays announcing the dates and instructions on box office times and methods of making reservations. We do not open reservations to the general public until the Monday prior to the opening night but members are allowed to make reservations for guests in their party. Members are asked to make reservations early to assure a place for the performance of your choice. Reservations are held until 10 minutes prior to curtain which is 7:30 p.m. for evening performances and 2:00 p.m. for matinees (currently only on Sunday). At that time those waiting to be seated are seated.

Entertainment at half the price of walk-in/non-member rates: Your membership is $40.00 per year. Guests and non-members pay $12.00 per performance, making non-membership costs $60.00 for the season. Memberships make great gifts!

Reservations: Reservations may be made by returning the reservation slip by mail to our mailing address, by fax 985-876-4645, or by calling our box office at 985-876-4278. The box office is manned by a real person from 10 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. At other times, you may leave a message on our answering system. Our statistics show that most of you prefer to make your reservations by telephone. Our box office manager works tirelessly to make our patrons happy with reservations and accommodations.

First come-first seated: Our doors open one hour prior to curtain and at that time you may sit any place in the theatre that is not reserved for accessibility reasons. Our theatre policy does not permit reserving the seat itself or saving a seat for persons not present in theatre. This has been the theatre policy for many years and has generally worked extremely well with all of our patrons. We appreciate the cooperation of all who help us when we are trying to seat members and guests while trying to begin the show on time.
